Due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot provide a virtual visit to individuals covered under a federal insurance program, such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Tricare. Payment for Virtual Care is simple. Typically, the virtual visit fee is a qualified expense for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Please check with your account administrator to determine whether reimbursement of the visit fee is available to you. We cannot accept insurance for virtual visits. You can check with your insurance to determine whether your visit fee can be applied to your deductible.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH YOUR VISIT
Virtual visits typically last about 20 minutes. We can make arrangements for follow-up visits if it is required. We can refer to specialists if needed, order labs, prescribed medication, and doctor notes. Any prescriptions your virtual provider deems appropriate will be faxed to your pharmacy. We just need the name of the pharmacy and its location.
